If you have cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, body aches, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, or have had a known or suspected exposure to some with COVID-19 or have been placed in quarantine, we ask that you DO NOT ENTER our office for any reason. Please call us to change your appointment to a secure telemedicine visit.
For all other visitors, please put on a mask before entering the building and wash your hands before entering the office. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building and office.
We are currently scheduling telemedicine (secure video) visits for most medical concerns due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic. We are seeing patients in office on an as needed basis. Curbside pick up/mailing of supplements & test kits is available.
Why we're doing telemed
We primarily conduct our visits via secure telemedicine to protect you, other patients, and our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are conducting in-person visits as needed, but we aim to keep in-office patient volume down to a minimum.
What to expect in-office
Prior to your in-office visit:
Prior to all in-person appointments, our front desk calls all patients coming into the office to screen for potential COVID-19 symptoms and exposures. All paperwork can now be done through the patient portal account prior to any in-office visits, minimizing the time spent in the waiting area.
Your visit in-office:
If you have an in-person visit, please do not arrive early. We ask that patients wait in their car until their scheduled appointment time, and wear a mask at all times in office. We clean each room thoroughly after every patient, and all surfaces are regularly disinfected. You will see an increase in all of our sanitization practices. We are doing our utmost to protect you, our staff, and other patients.
