Erin has always been interested in health and wellness, and she considered many different career paths before settling on her real passion – nutrition. She chose to study at Bastyr University because of their innovative whole foods nutrition program and graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2002. Before working in private practice, Erin taught nutrition and health classes at local colleges, provided weight loss coaching, and counseled bariatric surgery patients. Her specialties include digestive health (IBS, SIBO, GERD), food allergies and intolerances, and weight management. She firmly believes that sound nutrition is a cornerstone of overall health, but understands the obstacles that people face when attempting to change their diets. She works with her clients to set realistic goals and helps them find practical ways to make sustainable changes.
In her free time, Erin enjoys cooking with friends and family, spending time in the outdoors, and browsing local bookstores.
